Doing Research Camshaft Profiles

Hi Guys!
Can anyone tell me what is the stock duration and lift for the 4g93 dohc engine and the 4g92 mivec engine?

Would like to know also what is the max lift and duration allowed with the stock retainers for both the engines?

Do u guys have any workshop manuals or stuff like Toyota does. Or any link in the internet which has the informations.

I m sure there are some pro in here who can tell me that.
