Dented Rims

Guys,

Just wanna know that after fixing my dented rims, will it be as durable as new or will it be easier to dent it again.

Assumptions made:

I drive like a goody 2 shoe
I don't hit any of Malaysia's BIG holes....Well only the small ones lah.
I m not using JRD malaysia or BSA rims.

i bend my alfa 156 rims before.... bent on the inner rim... but after taking to a tire shop on near milan auto... look like new again... so far after selling th car to my uncle no prob...still safe going 200+kph

i also never had a prop since i did y rim, untill i bang another big 'mother' hole last sunday!!!
