Custom Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator

i'm running 310cc injector in my 2L B-series should i upgrade my fuel pumP?my fuel pump still standard!the fuel pump r from local 1.6 nop from the half-cut ler.

I'm looking for WALBRO 190LPH fuel pump............i think 190LPH for n/a is very enought ade!no need goin till 255LPH,right?Thanx for info EFN.
