Liaise with Data Centre, ensure building operational consistency and to ensure a smooth operational working environment.
Manages building maintenance, surrounding areas and technical infrastructure (electricity, water, air-condition, plumbing, etc)
Ensure technical infrastructure are in good condition at all times
Handles all matters related to preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance and advice on any repair and maintenance work.
Manages maintenance team shift patterns and handles work allocation for the facilities team.
Proactively monitors the usage of energy of the building and all related electrical/electronic equipments.
Coordinates and plans internally with safety coordinator, security personnel etc on all building and maintenance related work
Monitors and supervise contractors on any building and maintenance work
