hmm i guess monthly payment around 1550-1700 monthly..since owner said still left 74 months and selling price is rm 108k..(should full settlement amount)...

let say full settlement RM 108
if continue payment, bank balance around 12+,+++...
so monthly around RM 16++...
opss forget about RM 15,000 for advance payment...this not include in monthly payment hehe..

am i correct bro hehe..

74mnths is about 6years.. i believe u get your info wrong. Continue payment for about another 5yrs. If you wanna buy also can.. not necessarily cont payment only..
