. Ni mesti vtec on all the time. Very heavy FC for 2 door2 car.

Try to compare with my H22A euro R. With new price, RM10 now, I get around 60-65 kms. Normally if I fuelling RM30, can last until 200 kms. Driving style, town = normal. Vtec buka like sometime 30%, but when hway cruising is like 160-180 kmh.

I think the driving style & habit la is the main factor la.

Nola...this fellow is i know 1...He told me he's very frustrated...drive wif or w/out heavy right foot also same 1....

Mayb he needs a proper engine management....

my b16a is quite weird

i've tried comparing aircond ON/OFF ... RM10 fuel

aircond ON : RM10 = around 70-80km
aircond OFF : RM10 = around 60-70km

i think not so weird....same as me lar...
bcoz with aircond ON we usually drive slow....so fuel can save a lot....
but when we racing/merempit/vtec usually we OFF da aircond....so how to save?

but i did my so-called experiment with cruising speed all the time, no lenjan just normal driving and the speed is maintained around 80-90km/h all the time. that's why i think it's kinda weird.

Type R 2 litre stroker kit, FC is bout 220km rm 60 fully loaded car about

236hp n i think my car minum petrol like water :( dunno how going to increase the FC

anymore

then for those want to put stroker kit pls think twice. hahahaa...
per day normally i drive 100-250km average. like that if i were u sure 1 day will cost me RM60 x 30 day = RM1800 just for the petrol. pokai lol.

my FC biasa only, rm60 for 400km max, previously rm30 for 250km coz insufficient fuel... buahahahaha


soufly, can it be the idle timing? coz when aircon on, it will lower the rpm thus using less? and while off the idle is at 1.2k is it?

my theory is... when the air cond is off, you roll down the windows. This creates turbulance, which means theres drag....
i read in a mag you save 25-30% fuel with your windows up. So to save fuel, drive with air cond off and windows up... :p try doing this mid-day.. :p :D
