All Masters! Plz Help Me

I own a suzuki grand vitara.. and my rear boot in equipped wif 2 12" mtx woofer.. whenever i wanna play my music loud.. my boot door keep on shaking and i could hear the door vibrating whenever i am standing at the back of my car wif my music playing at volume 15.. is there anyway to cure the problem?? all masters/sifus.. plz help.. thx in advance

If you do for whole car might cost more than RM1k...
If do some area, might cheap abit...
I had done 2 front doors, it cost me RM180 la..
