Aircon Temperature Sensor

Hi,

For a 4G91 / 4G93 car (transplat into a wira), does anyone know where the temperature sensor is?

I have this problem, whereby everytime i press the "outside temperature" on the air-con control unit, the temperature goes up, till a max of 47C. I guess it is misplaced somewhere in the engine.

I think it is near the back of the front bumper, like a plastic tube with wire ( temperature sensor)
I think the wire-man did not put it, that is why give you wrong reading.( no feed back to temperature electronic circuit )

I am actually getting a reading. Early in the morning, i get around 30C, but after driving for a while...it goes slowly up to 47C (max). do you have a picture of it near the bumper?

Sorry, no pic.
For testing, let your car stationaly for a while and check on temperature, then, move your car or drive, and check the temperature again ( temperature should drop ).
