anyone had tried out 225/50R17 with R3 Spring?
due to currently with 215/45R17 was too low for front bumper
road condition outside my house was not good for the car that too low

just wonder if 225/50R17 with R3 Spring
the tire will hit the fender?

What is your original tyre size, before 215/45R17?

before is 205/60R16 as mine is 1.8mt
stock is 16'
once i change to 17 then 215/45

but after change bodykit
then become too low for the bumper
i mean with r3 spring
225 50 17 wont fit, even 215 50 17 will look funny,
best is to downgrade back to 16"
Your 215/45/17 is just too small. Based on your ori tire size, 225/50/17 might actually have a chance to still fit coz it's only like 2mm taller than stock tire. But you need to try it on the car first before deciding to buy it to make sure it still clears everything after using the lower springs. If cannot fit then use 215/50/17, it's only about 3mm lower than your stock tire but 1cm higher than your current 215/45 so it should help your bumper clear more.

Original 205/60R16
To 215/45R17 - Diameter smaller by 4.15% that is why the car is too low
To 225/50R17 - Diameter bigger by 0.67% which is pretty good fit, now only to see whether the 225 width of the tyres can fit in or not. Major problems could be in rear wheel, tyres might scrub wheel fender (depends on wheel offset too) and in front, check for clearance when doing full turn to left and right. Tyres might scrub the inner febnder
To 215/50R17 - Diameter smaller by 0.86% which is also good fit. Probably this size might be better choice....:driver:
