Sound dampening or Spray paint first

Hi All, Seeking for some advice. I have an old proton Wira and thinking of giving it a refresh. I would like to do 1) sound dampening (floor and door) and 2) spray a new paint. Which one shall I do first? Thanks in advance.

2 question!

guys, help me out..

1. is our front lower arm rubber bush can be replaceable? i mean only the bushing.

2. is our stock front brake is the same as evo3 brake? can it be pnp to wira/satria?

Will Run Flat tyre fit normal rims?

I know rims fitted with run flat tires (factory) can use normal tires but will run flat tyres fit normal rims and work? Some say yes and some say no cos the RFT will fit on normal rims but have a tendency to slip in...
