Thanks for the concern, i already replace the glasses, but i just replace the one which has broken only.

wanted to know, which model of the garmin nuvi you are using for this? and how to connect for the power? since you said you are not using the cigarette lighter charger..

I am using garmin nuvi 600, i believe the garmin nuvi 200w or the nuvi 205w will do the same job.
For the power source, i pull another power line inside the dashboard and connect it to cigarette lighter, hide it inside the dashboard, so that it wont looks messy.

i see... hmm, i believe it wont looks so fit on the size of the original navigator there since the 200w screen is smaller..

go to garmin website, get their rough dimension
and then u need to pursuade urself to dissemble ur
navi (or at least its casing) to try it out... :P

just need some courage to DIY. :p

i went to lowyat i saw the actual unit of the garmin 760. the charger is like a stand that connect right under the garmin, and there is another cable that will connect with the stand and output to the ciggerate lighter. looks like really need some modification if getting the 205.

By the way, taking down the dashboard, any trick can be shared?
