You should be able to take up to a max of about that much. It's difficult if you go directly to a bank as banks no longer provide loans for cars that are more than 10 years old. It would be easier if you applied for a loan through a Used Car Dealer.

You can also apply for a personal loan from Bank Rakyat or Bank Islam.
