Session 1 "rookie" (22nd june 2009)
First round for amateur's in this game and the creation of teams.
There will be 2 teams involved.
This first game is just to get the hang of it and of course..the fun.

Wear long sleeve t shirt, long pants, track shoes and a cap. Wear the cap on top of the safety mask (which is provided).
Bring along sweat towel to wrap around your neck for extra protection.
We have showers at our field, do bring your own towels and shampoo.
Every participant will need to fill out a indemnity form which will be given to you on site.
