Shell Helix is kicking off the promotional roadshow for the 2012 edition of its Shell Helix Global Promotion, renowned for its ‘once-in-a-lifetime experience’ prizes, in Johor this weekend.
The Shell Helix ‘Get Your Heart Racing’ roadshow at Danga City Mall from 10.00 am till 9.00 pm daily from April 20 to 22, 2012 will feature the exciting Shell Helix Kinect Challenge.
The Shell Helix Kinect Challenge is basically a fun-filled interactive video game challenge using one’s whole body as a controller. Participants who manage to achieve the highest scores will win attractive prizes. These include a Microsoft Xbox gaming console plus a Kinect motion sensor worth RM1,700, a Sony PSP mobile gaming unit and Shell Helix Ultra fully synthetic and HX7 E synthetic technology motor oils. Those who manage to raise their heart rates to certain levels will win Shell Helix premiums and rebate vouchers.
The Shell Helix Kinect Challenge is open to all members of the public and no purchase is necessary to participate. Aside from the challenge, visitors to the roadshow can also try out the Shell Ferrari F1 simulator and other fun games to win Shell Helix premiums.
Those who wish to enter the Shell Helix ‘Get Your Heart Racing’ contest proper can also purchase their Shell Helix motor oil during the roadshow.
This year, five lucky Malaysians will win an all-expense paid VIP trip to Italy worth more than RM20,000 each in this unique global promotion.
The contest from March 15 to May 31, 2012, is open to customers who purchase a four-litre pack of Shell Helix Ultra fully synthetic motor oil or from the Shell Helix HX7 synthetic technology range that includes the HX7, HX7 E and HX7 Diesel. Customers have to count the number of Shell Helix words in an image on entry form and submit their entries at selected Shell stations, authorised workshops or by mail with proof of purchase.
Fifteen lucky finalists will take part in the fun-filled Shell Helix Finale Challenge in July 2012. Five lucky winners will then get to embark on a trip of a lifetime, which includes a visit to Maranello, the home of Ferrari; shopping in Milan; and catching the Italian Grand Prix at Monza in September.
