Chromed up Evora and Malaysia’s largest Lotus gathering this weekend!

Something special is about to make way on our streets – a chromed up Lotus Evora. In fact theres two of them! Now, if you don’t fancy shiny objects, let’s keep things clear that this is an effort to promote the new film, ‘The Host’ which feature a couple of chrome Lotus Evoras in the movie.

‘The Host’ is a movie adaptation of the book written by Stephanie Myer, writer of the ‘Twilight Saga’ series. Alien baddies called – ‘The Seekers’ – who chases humans and erasing their memory were set to drive something fast and futuristic. Therefore, it was an intricate challenge for the directors to choose the right set of wheels to be featured in the movie. In the end the Lotus Evora was chosen for its futuristic looks. The Evora, when wrapped in chrome vinyl, truly gives an’ alienistic’ aura to the sci-fi movie with sufficient fire power to chase down helpless humans.

The Backwheels Bitches’ Pavilion Assault!

While most try to come out with a simple and direct car club name in symbolizing themselves, these lot does not bother to do so. With a wide range of retro cars dating far back to the 60’s, they simply called themselves as the “Backwheels Bitches”, which upon the first time hearing it gives no clue whatsoever on what kind of car club this is.
