Just 2 months ago, Speed Creed, a car enthusiasts community based in Jakarta paid tribute to the Indonesian Independence Day with an organized drive that involved a multi-mix of cars including the LP700-4, LP570-2, R35 GTRs, E92 M3s, a 977 Turbo a V35 Skyline some MINIs and an AE86(?!) among others.

Engines are revving in the 2008/09 A1GP World Cup of Motorsport season, as at the end of this week the new A1GP cars will line up on the grid at the Zandvoort Circuit in Netherlands ready to GO, GO, GO for the fourth season of racing. The 600 brake horse power A1GP car brings with it some of the most advanced design and technology in the world.
Isn’t it amazing how even car enthusiast have their own following, it’s like a club within a club. With so many design choices these days, you can never just be an enthusiast anymore, some go the VIP way, you also have the racer boy, then you have the ICE guys, and then it’s the whole extreme mods thing that has cars decked out in the most extreme of extreme bodykits and rims and whatever.
Girls, one of the most important defining factors for an event. Lots of hot girls equal successful event, scarce, average looking girls and you’ll be facing a very disappointed crowd. Sure there are the cars and other mini events that can make a event successful but can you imagine attending an event with great cars and plenty of entertainment but no girls? I can’t.
