when goods reach destination airport, they will send to each parcel address which nearest big pos office...
inside pos office got custom department to inspect whether the item require tax...
depends on your luck, I would say.. if packing too big, sure they will ask u come n open n let them see..if you don't have an invoice with you, then they will charge you tax..but how to determine the item tax value? all decided by custom..

Yes, u can under declare so can have less tax but now not sure due to AFTA things
