- Front tyre :
Hankook ventus V12 evo 205/40/17(NEW)
- Rear tyre :
BF goodrich 205/40/17 (around 50% thread)
- R3 Spoiler (painted black)
- R3 Spilter (painted black)
- R3 stainless steel emblem front and back

- SSCUS semi bucket seat (STAR model with PU lether) (installed in end of december 2008)
- ELEVO racing deepdish steering (Taiwan made)
- Apex'i NA/Turbo timer (black addition)
- New custome made rubber matting (black colour) (installed in end of december 2008)
- New tinted (Black 70%) (did it in end of december 2008)
- Tinted rear signal light (black)
- New Boneless wiper (like Civic FD) (installed in end of december 2008)

- Hotbits exhaust system (made in australia) - (extractor, mid, rear)
But currently took out the mid and rear and replacing with custom made as below :
- New 2" stainless steel pipping S-flow untill rear end with big stainless steel muffler. (Installed during chinese new year 2009)
- 2 point ultra racing strut bar / 19mm ultra racing anti roll bar. (install in march 2009) (life time warrenty)
- Pivot Raizin voltage stabalizer with complete grounding. (ori)
- NGK 7 plug (more expensive then denso ireadium)
- Apex'i open pod with samco hose and 3" aluminium piping (new filter -installed in december 2008)
- K&N heat shield with custom made hole for cool air intake
- Arospeed cool air intake (CAI ring painted black)

I'm very sorry to make a mistake here. My car is 06 model but register in 07. means i buy in 07 la... anyhow they value a 06 stock neo is at 36k, lone can get at 30k. But i'm looking at 39K with all the item listed above.
