Hi guys/girls,
I have a 4 ch amp. If I am using the front for a comp set and rear for a pair of 6 X 9, will I be able to add another pair of tweeter?

I plan to make a parallel connection between the tweeter and the comp set. so, for front ch, I will have 4 tweeter and 2 mids.

My question would be...how do you calculate the impendance? will the inline passive xover that comes with the tweeter disturb the passive xover setting for the comp set?

1 of amp ch
|----- comp set passive x over ----comp set speakers
|-----tweeter inline x over ------ tweeter

In parallel, the speaker's ohm will become 2 which means that your passive crossover output for tweeter will connect to 2 tweeter. In series the ohm will become 8 which means crossover output +ve to tweeter a +ve input, -ve will then connect to tweeter B +ve and tweeter B -ve will connect to crossover -ve.
But do you really need 4 tweeters infront?
I don't is this true or not, as I never connect like this before. To other members, if this connection if wrong, please correct me.

Thanks for your opinion.
However, from what I understand regarding your reply, you're thinking like I plan to connect 2 tweeter to the comp set x-over.

The scenario is that the amp output, will be connected to tweeter B and comp set. Considering the whole comp set as 4ohm and tweeter B as 4 ohm, the total impedence is 2 ohm right? however, I am not sure whether by doing this, will the cossover frequency somehow be distured by the inline x-over that comes with tweeter B?

Yes, what you say on my statements is true. Sorry for misunderstand on the first place. It will still be 2ohm like you said. I never do this setup before, but for 2 sets of speakers I have done and no problem with it. If you setup like this, scare your tweeter B will be too sharp(no control) and overtake your speakers sound, as you connect direct from amp.
If you want to avoid this problem, you can connect it from your HU, as HU's rms power is 18-22 only.

hmm... didn't actually think of that :P
If like that, maybe later lo connect the tweeter. because now I am using the speaker level output from the HU to supply the amp. Did not use RCA of the HU. Waiting for my D.I.Y rca cable to finish :P

Thanks.
