I've tried set with various pressure. So far, with my stock setup, the ideal pressure between 2.8 kg/cm2 to 3.5 kg/cm2 (40-50 psi). More than that feel havier and fuel cosumption increase! Currently I set at 3 kg/cm2 (~42psi).

Just sharing a method to check either the engine is lean or rich. If u have the tuner with datalog or etc... better go for it! For me, simple method to check just by looking the spark plug head. If too WHITE = LEAN (LESS FUEL) too BLACK = RICH (OVER FUEL) the ideal is more about ABOUT YELLOWISH.

Read somewhere, For stock EVO VII fuel pressure is = 43.5 psi (vacuum off)

Q: How to set FPR?

A:
1) Stock fuel pressure is 43.5 PSI (>< 3.1 kg/cm2). So set you FP to that with the vacuum hose UNHOOKED .The
reason for the hose off for manifold pressure reference.
2) So under low pressure (vacuum) ie: vacuum hose connected, the fuel pressure should drop.
3) However high pressure over 1 Bar (when manifold absolute pressure is higher than 100KPA or 0 PSI(atmosphere))your FPR will add one
pound of fuel pressure for every one pound of boost that the turbo generates.

More photos from the Motor Sport Japan 2007, this time focused on the Rally Masters. For about half an hour, the attendance had the chance to witness some of the very best Rally machines that Japan has to offer with the "classic" WRC (World Rally Championship) cars such as Arai-San's Subaru Impreza WRX 2007 and Taguchi-San's Group N Lancer Evolution.

Again, Nihoncar.com covers the event
