stick eyelids to headlight, legal or illegal?

stick eyelids either fiber or sticker to headlamp, izzit legal or illegal? and tinted headlamp to black~

thinking too stick fiber eyelids, but da kilang fiber said, stick eyelids kena summon by jpj, if police wont summon.... but i oso nvr heard ppl kena summon, so i try asking here

well.. ive been using eyelids almost a year.. jpj or police havent saman me. the type of eyelids im using is just a simple one.just cover about 10-15% ot the headlights at the top.

but if the eyelids too fancy maybe kena saman....

i saw slot of car from s'pore wif eyelids come in jb, nothing mah....TP o police didnt kajiao mah....

i think in west malaysia shud b ok... but east malaysia JPJ lain sikit, sikit sikit oso kacau!!! jus change muffler already stop me at road block... not loud oso, ask me bout illegal race... race wat oh, 1.3 4G13p automatic gear, super underpower still wan race meh!! den tat jpj terus diam...
