fren, if ur salary deduct in pg, then loan must be submit here. i know coz, last time when i get my EK fr KL, finance there need a guarantor.. then, i submit direct to public bank here, got 3.3% intres on '96 civic.. 2month ago la!

Bro, mind to elaborate more on this loan thingy. Correct me if I'm wrong. For your case, instead of applying the loan from KL, you submit terus to Public bank in Penang and enjoy the 3.3% interest rate? What are the procedures we need to follow? Like requesting a copy of garant from the car owner (in KL) and try to apply loan here in Penang? Thanks in advance.
