any1 have tried DIY 1 before? can give some step or diagram? thanks in advance.

i going to buy the autometer volt meter, not digital punya la... but how to DIY install also ar?

I bought one at pasar road, like the hobby stuff using LED to measure the voltage.
Its cheap also, cost me RM20 plus 3 hour labour. Quite realible. I used it for 3 yrs already. :lol:

I agree with ur way.... no hassle. Just assemble the components and get it fix. Everything are provided inclusive of the soldering tin except the soldering iron and the snippers.

just onli a row of LEDs indicating how many volts izzit?

lets say... 2 LEDs means low... 4 LEDs means normal.. n mayb 7 LEDs means high? something like dat?

or got numbers wan?

mine telling me which shop u bought it? assembled or kit type?

to install just find +ve and -ve (ground) cable (eg, cigar lighter) and joint them to the appropriate terminal @ the meter. watch the polarities.
 
I forgot the names of the shop. But i saw the kits was sold on many places. Just ask for the shop assistance for any hobby kits available. Good luck

just tap de voltage from ur car cigarette lighter socket.. then u will c reading when u turn ur key to acc. or start ..

i've done mine.. all DIY including de mounting.. i'll post pics soon... B)
 
I installed my Voltage meter at the dash board next to the steering wheel (right hand side)

boey, not yet decide which to buy?
i think timex is more good looking.
but more expensive.

i found 1 batt connector (ground) come with digital volt meter, the meter can b taken out n install in car cabin. any 1 interested? price should not more than rm60.
