Detailing or paint?

I bough 2nd hand car but there is lot of scratch (quite deep).. What is best for me, detailing or repaint? The car color also look like "mati" at roof top.. Can detailing process shining it back? Need all expert advise here...

I dont think detailing could repair that extent of damange. There are a few products that should be able to restore faided paint. As for the scratches, They can be polished or waxed off, if the paint is not scratched off. :)

I think the best is to recoat the car with a fresh layer of paint. :)
