Car is from japan, and no it can't be registered.
somehow...only in Malaysia do ppl feel that a track/race car should be cheaper than a road car, quite dissapointing for professional race teams here ler..Here's an example, a rd. going Lambo Murchi costs RM1.4m(?) a race Lambo (can never be registered ever) costs EURO 1 m... *think*
