Just basic bolt on Intake, exhaust and header with Hondata re-tuning. You're set to go. I've read reviews that re-tuning will definitely improve your mid-range and a little bit of gain in the top RPM. They were looking over 10-15hp increase in the midrange. I'll try to find the article and post it up. And that was on a K20 non-type R. But i would spend on getting a Manual tranny first before spending on anything else.
