How to be a WrapAdz PetrolHead?
A potential PetrolHead will have to fill out the Driving Profile. This Driving Profile is provided free-of-charge to our PetrolHeads and will be retained in our database to be ONLY available to our advertisers. Please note that your information is treated as highly confidential and will not be used or provided to any other third party.
Once our advertiser have identified and agreed to sponsor your ride, you will be offered the opportunity to be sponsored. In return, you will be proudly carrying their brand on your ride. Each advertiser is different in their requirements and whether or not you are picked will be entirely up to your driving profile. We would like to remind all potential PetrolHeads to fill up their Driving Profile as truthful and complete as possible.
After being selected by our sponsors, we will request a short interview with each potential PetrolHead, where our trained specialists will take a closer look at your ride. Upon a bill of clean health for your ride, a sponsorship will be offered to the potential PetrolHead.
Does a WrapAdz PetrolHead get paid?
Each sponsorship accepted by the PetrolHead will set out terms of mileage sponsorships, including the methods of payment. Each sponsorship is unique in nature however they will have a similar general terms.
In general, once the sponsorship is accepted, we will set up a day to wrap your ride. Upon wrapping, the mileage of the car will be keyed into our system. We will then set an appointment every month to update the mileage on your ride and in our system. The minimum miles to ride each month must be met before payment can be released.
Please see our FAQ where the minimum miles to ride are not met. Payment, where minimum miles and other conditions as stated in the sponsorship are met, will be made by way of cheque or online banking no more than 5 working days from the date of the appointment.
How much are WrapAdz PetrolHeads sponsored?
In general, our sponsorship rates are as below.

A. Our PetrolHeads program is 100% Free.
We do not charge our PetrolHeads application and processing fees for the process of their application. We also do not charge our PetrolHeads anything to submit their application to our advertisers. All background checks, driving record checks and the costs incurred for the storage of your application and information on our server will be borne by us.
Q. How does this work?
A. It’s simple. All you have to do is drive your normal daily driving routine but with a message from our advertisers on your car.
Q. Which cities/states do you offer your service in?
A. Currently we operate in every city throughout the Klang Valley and Malaysia. Please note however that all requests for drivers are based on our needs of our Advertisers.
Q. What is a car wrap?
A.A car wrap is a temporary, self-adhesive, color printed vinyl film that is applied to the vehicle.
Q. Is it permanent?
A.Absolutely not! The vinyl material can be easily installed and will be removed after the term of the contract.
Q. Will it damage my vehicles paint?
A.The vinyl car wrap actually protects your factory paint job from harmful SUV rays. The only time a vehicles paint may be affected is in the case of a poor repaint job or if the paint is already damaged.
Q. How do you track my mileage?
A.Mileage will be tracked on a monthly basis and recorded via monthly check-ups to ensure our PetrolHeads are meeting the amount of mileage that had been agreed upon.
Q. What type of vehicles can be wrapped?
A.We can wrap anything from Sedan’s, Hatchbacks, SUV’s, Trucks, Vans, and more! Heck.. we can even wrap your pet cat! okay we’re just kidding with this one.
Q. How will I be paid?
A. Each month when you bring in your vehicle for your mileage check, you will be paid by check or via online bank in.
Q. Will a vehicle wrap damage my vehicles paint upon removal?
A.No. 99% of instances, factory paint is not affected by our vehicle wraps.

Can I be sure the PetrolHeads is covering the minimum mileage requirements?
Yes. We conduct random checks of our participating drivers along with required odometer statements every month.

We currently do not implement any GPS tracking measures which would significantly increase our monthly fees. We feel that conducting proper background checks and strict requirements for our PetrolHeads allows us to provide excellent mobile billboard opportunities that fit our client’s ad demographic requirements.
How many daily impressions will my ad receive?
This varies upon the type of campaign you select however surveys and studies around the world have indicated vehicle wraps can garner between 30,000-70,000 daily impressions.
Can my ad still be seen in a jam at night?
Yes, as long as the street is lighted up, your ad can be seen by the cars behind and at the car's sides.

What type of contract is my company required to sign?
We use a standard sponsorship agreement based upon the length, type and number of vehicles of the campaign you have selected.
Do you require any deposits?
Yes, we do require a deposit depending on the type of campaign selected.
A minimum of 50% of deposit is required prior to production of artwork.
The remaining 50% shall be payable prior to installation of the vehicle wrap on our PetrolHead's vehicle.
Do you work with advertising agencies?
Yes, we welcome all advertising agencies.
If you are represented by an advertising agency, we will gladly work with them to provide designs that fit your criteria, specifications, etc. for your campaign.
Will you provide color proofs of artwork prior to printing and installation?
Yes. We will not print anything until you are completely satisfied with your design and have approved the artwork, layout and color proof. We would like to note however, that the colour chosen would be on a best effort basis by our printers and may differ slightly and we would not be responsible to reprint the same after confirmation from our Sponsors.
When the Campaign Ends
How is my advertisement / sponsorship removed from the car and who is responsible?
As part of our service, the wrap for your campaign will be removed after the length of your agreement with WrapAdz. We will oversee the removal of the advertisement/sponsorship.
