Conversions are no easy task and we're sure a lot of you know that considering conversions are quite a big thing here in Malaysia. We're quite accustomed to lesser cars being endowed by powerplants way beyond what the manufacturer had intended, over a year ago we even saw a perfect conversion involving a Fiat delivery van and a Ferrari 355 powerplant, now that was something, but it holds nothing against this mega project.
Bulgarian teenager Denislav Shishev showed the ultimate passion for the brand with the Roundel when he went to work on a rare Z3M Coupe. Most of us would just leave this rare exotic as it is, afraid that any tinkering with its finer bits could result in total devastation. But not Denislav.
He found a battered and bruised Z3M Coupe and gave it a new lease of life as a super pocket rocket by packing in a V10 powerplant from the E60 M5.
In its new shell, the V10 is capable of a claimed 442hp at the wheels, but that shouldn't be a problem for the Bulgarian as he races a E30 M3 at the local track.
These are just some of the pictures from his painstaking work, follow the source jump for over a hundred detailed pictures of the conversion.
