The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo one-make racing series racing cars are something to be feared on the track. Intending to pay homage to that, the Sant’Agata based supercar maker has teamed up with Swiss luxury watchmaker Blancpain for a limited edition road-legal Gallardo.

Sitting on the aft, the Countach-sized rear wing aids downforce tremendously while a unique cover design improves ventilation. Skorpius wheels fill the four corners while stopping power is provided by carbon-ceramic composite rotors being clamped on by yellow-painted brake calipers. Of course, the usual splatterings of carbon fiber fittings such as mirror casings and diffuser are present as well.

On the inside, Alcantara finishing with yellow accents complete the package while raw carbon fiber sprinkled around too.

Power comes from the 5.2-liter V10 pushing out 570hp to all four wheels. Being a race inspired model, weight has been kept to a minimum of 1,340kg, making it the lightest road-going model in the Lambo line-up together with the Gallardo Superleggera.

With all that power and lack of weight, the power-to-weight ratio is an impressive 2.35kg per hp, allowing it to complete the century sprint in 3.4-seconds and the double century in 6.8-seconds. Top speed is a respectable 320km/h.

hi,

i've been told that 4G63t from evo 1-3 (some say 2G block??) are prone to crack which is not good for high hp application.

yeah i know that evo 3 is a bit high compression..but if change to forged low compression piston but other's like block, conrod, crank, bearing and so on still stock...how many torque/hp is the max before damage ?

ok, after that some people told me..the piston is ok (except for high comp evo 3), but the conrod is sooo weak.

now, if change piston+conrod..and...
