Advice for new tyre and use Sport Rim

Hi to all,

I driving a Honda Civic 1.6 Auto 4 door(SR4"EG" non V-Tec) year 1995. My rear tyres recenly flat out and need to get a new unit, i currently using 15" 195/45 tyre. I need some expertice to recomend any good, silent, good grip, and lasting tyre? i not a racer, i just drive in town and sometime travel outsation. If possible let me know on the price too. Btw i know that at Klang the tyre is selling cheaper compare at Klang Valley(pls correct me if im wrong).

Secondly i was using a JRD 15" sport rim, and i plan to change to a better 15" sport rim. I was plan to buy at chop shop because it maybe can get better brand (Enkei, Volk...etc) with cheaper price. Any Chop Shop recomended? pls advice.

good that u plan to change to better other rims... JRD will decrease ur car performance.... get any taiwan rims or better, japan rims.... prices are around rm1k for a set (4 biji).... japan rims, brand new expensive la... go marketplace find la, get second hand, about rm1k plus (4 biji).....

as for tyres... if silent, i recommend michelin.... if good grip for wet and dry, get falken.... if want even better, toyo or advan neova.... hehe...

i currently using continental tyres... vr noisy la.... like driving offroad car only....

hmm.. personally i recomend u to use michelin bro.. since ur requirement is a set of silent rotating tyres.. i'm using a XM1 set now.. has been 3 years n still performing good.. didn give me any problem.. perhaps u can go survey for alloy rims at klang valley.. lotsa choices n price is cheap oso.. cheers :regular_smile:

LENSO its a thailand made rims .......... so u can search thru GOOGLE's !
Lenso hav thier own website so u can view lots of rims there ! If u like one do search in malaysia ! but i wana remind u lenso not so much famous like KR or advanti or ither taiwan rims :)
note : im suing lenso maglite (its very light) but then again it s ur choice :)

it think using IMITATION Work Emotion and Yokohama A520 will be good...
just cost me RM1300 for the new set b4 trade in my old rims..huhuh all got at kelang....setapak also can go n sunway too...interested PM me

wen come down to klang take teh Jusco exit n straight thru the shapadu highway(this road goin to port klang) u can c a big yokohama signboard shop on ur right beside a Shell Petrol Station ! thats the shop ! if u wana find it easily u try at WPC (Waja Performance Club) website coz its a official WPC tyre/rim shop !
