Dear all sifus outhere....

Can you advise me how to improve the First Malaysian Pride Car's rear suspension systems since it is running on axle... So whenever comes to heavy connering, the car rear will roll despite installing all kinds of aftermarket anti-roll bars.... :adore:

most people did not notice that all sports springs available in the market could not cope with hard driving especially for track or extreme road use. I'm testing a setup : any gas absorbers of good quality + Honda SM4 rear springs. you need to cut 3 rounds though as the springs are quite long. so far...no complaints, and this 2 months that i use is really satisfying. a cheap fix...from an old retired uncle. give it a try. new springs cost RM180 only.

Oh...if my old man mind is still sane, i remembered, toyota vios, honda city, nissan latio, even the volkswagen golf runs on live axle. i wonder why people say saga got inferior rear setup? it's just the springs are not stiff enough. as far as this old man still remember la. back in batu 3 days we used opel kadett rear springs with "injected" rear absorbers running EP80w/90 transmission oil. and still we complain not stiff enough. hahaha...

Gosh why would you even think of that? It's scary for sure:)
Now, one time I asked my mech whether front mount bars will screw up the chasis due to rigidity. I've heard somewhere that it will cause your body to crack or some nonsense like that but he steadfastly said no and I kinda agreed with him though I can't recall the reasons off my head now.
I've also asked some members here and they confirmed that It's not gonna crack/twist your chasis though again I can't recall who told me that.
I do hear about cracked chasis out of frequently abused drift machines though... anyone can shed some light for the benefit of others on this question?

Cheers

cracked chasis if only u running with super stiff springs and then drift like maniac and even flying through speed bumps...

in drift car chasis crack due to super stiff suspension....

in rally chasis crack due to metal fatigue from many bumps/fly over crest/jump/potholes etc etc...

but no chasis crack on properly installed bars daily car :adore:

the scratches began on the rear fender....after few days it went to the front fender, the hood and the boot....it cam back to the back fender as you might notice below:banghead:
