Try not to think of anything when taking shower in the hotel except your favorite song lyrics and sing it out loud. U'll get ppl screaming at you to stop singing, but not scream of chill at your back

Sometimes it is not that we purposely think or watch out for ghost while showering in the hotel but when one is alone especially at some kind of budget hotel which room is not so palatable it naturally arouse our imagination. Hell I got goose bumps many times staying in such places.

I feel that waking up in bed with a blurry faced grandma beside you is creepier than seeing an image when shower...unless you see a naked blurry faced grandma standing behind u when shower...then dats a very diff story

I had some photos of budget hotels I took when I was out for East Coast working trips, unfortunately all were deleted when I house-kept my phone. The conditions of the wall, the bathroom,the lighting etc would make you feel uncomfortable. I have never stayed alone at Genting though.

Ya, they gave me tower 2 at least but few times at Tower 1 but lucky got colleague as room mate so not too bad. Tower 2 not that haunted. Nicer room than Tower 1. Still is in genting. Not to say scaring oneself, but u just felt like you're being watched or something is just with you in the room..

Dont feel comfortable...sleep also i usually put all my luggage on the side I'm not sleeping or the other single bed and put all things on those chairs.

That's what I was told if we are in a hotel. Put all things on chairs and bed that is not occupied during your stay.

Also turn one of your shoes upside down, so that you wont sleep walk. Especially in a high rise kind
of Hotel...(yet genting ones is known as haunted).

Best being paranoid than sorry I guess...

I do the same thing and as usual I will knock the door first before unlock and open the door. If got 2 single bed i will put both together and if is 2 queen size bed the other bed will be full of my things..... toilet bowl flush and open tap water and shower to wash for a while... shoe i just simple throw...

Is just the wind I guess Luggage or things falling off from table or chairs, I kinda get use
to it, cuz it happens quite often at home

I went to Genting Highlands on Friday night 16/11/2012 for work also to watch Jolin Tsai's
Concert. Well, as staff, we have to stand right behind at the top to watch. Standing.

I was with another colleague a lady. We were standing to watch the concert, enjoying it.
Well, we didnt stand that close, there is a gap enough for 1 person.

Suddenly, I heard a male voice "Oii...!" Just right beside me on my left where my colleague is
standing on my left...

Both of us look at each other then turn behind and look as well...No one was beside us nor
anyone playing pranks standing behind us.

Just saw a part timer a girl. From the look on her face, she was wondering why are we looking
at her...

Then both of us just look at each other and ask "Did u hear that?" She say ya, that's why both
of us turn back at the same time to check.

Then look at each other again like :stoned:

Then nvm, we ignore and continue enjoying the concert.
Again, I heard the same thing this time on my left but my colleague switch place to my right
already at that time. (smart ass :top:)

So, I look again and the part timer behind look at me again LOL!

So didn't bother then throughout the concert no more already...

That's was like something I never experienced for a long time. Only experienced it once
when I was a kid and having high fever sleeping in the living room alone...
