Aircond Service

My car has clock nearly 300,000km, nearly 8 yrs.... never once i do aircond service. Should i be worry as the aircond still good ?

I suppose you should be able to tell yourself?

But usually by this journey service is required.

If you do a good of keeping your carpets clean, the aircon filter clean, refresh the aircon gases and change the valves, then you should be good to go. No problem don't touch is my belief for aircon.

I am old school and if your air con is still running fine, leave it. With 300k km and 8 years, there may be some corrosion on the cooling fin unit and if you take it out to clean, might just puncture it.

just add some oil to the compressor.
if u are willing to spend more then vacuum the system before putting the new oil.

i learn from bad exp of not adding/replacing the compressor oil.

Hi all i was reading here before, but cannot find the topic anymore...
It was about wiring a 12v 30a relay to the existing coil and supplying direct power from the battery... thats all i can remember..... any sifu out there have any idea of this and maybe a post on the diagram will help...
It said to be able to supply a better spark to the plugs for more complete combustion
