Hmm, dont really know for sure as now i'm still stuck here as no relief comin.. time to make some extra income.. hehheeh.. i will be at Miri when i'm on my way back so i guess probability is there.. Oni next month this rig will move to Terengganu waters so myself no more travelling to Sarawak (probably).

2. What else should we buy when change to manual?

basicly what u need is the gearbox, flywheel, clutch set, gear lever, pedal set.. if using hydraulic type need to add clutch pump set.. if u need gear lever, pedal set & clutch master pump (top one).. can arrange for u at reasonable price..

(complete with new clutch plate n flywheel, pedal, gear knob and installation)

I would say his price is kinda expensive ler.. if ur budget is 1k oni, then hydraulic type gbox is nowhere near.. cable type is the onli u can go to.. but still.. cable type gbox is cheap man.. most of the time below RM500 also can get.. most expensive pon shud be around 600 - 700 laa..

emanage + ignition harness + install + tuning is RM1500 in KL....
dats the info i got from my fren....

i feel dat its not worth buyin a used unit coz the price diff is not great...
saw few ppl selling basic kit for 700++.....
somemore need to buy ignition harness...
somemore hav to spend $$$ to do installation n tuning.....
new basic kit oso 900++ oni ma.....
well....up to individual la....
u do ur own calculations....

just my 2 cents la.....
not really good bout piggyback....
not yet to get to try one.....

no matter how save efficient i go, full tank 80 bucks can go about 330km only

Taiko fong, maybe yr 1.3 gearbox la>Good in pickup, bad in top speed.
tukar to 1.5dohc manual g/box.

RM30-180km/15'rim/ frm home subang2<-->sri-damansara factory

dats abt 16 to 17 cents/km....

mine oso around there....
the best i get is 14cents/km.....
maximum abt 18cents....
depends on driving style n locations la....

hmm, not really lah, mine is also running on auto ECU.. Previously can get around 300km for RM50 (manual 1.6 gbox).. Recently just changed gebox so donno whats the fuel consumption now.. hehehe..

if use 4g91 carb n wan change distributor to mazda.. what model izzit b6/b6t injeksyen..??? izzit juz plug n play to 4g91 ngine n juz a little mod..??

erm distributor MMC use internal coil.. but mazda use external coil so can use ignition coil from bocsh, lucas or whatever model... mabby.... :hmmmm:
