In today’s exotic car market, a manufacturer should be able to meet the clients’ needs in which one of them is offering customization straight from the brand themselves. And joining the ranks of the big names is Lotus as they introduce their Lotus Exclusive Tag personalized services.
“In the past we have created a number of cars personalized to the specific requests of individual customers. These stunning cars were produced by a team of skilled craftsmen and women, using their expertise to create something exceptional and unique for the customer”, said Jean-Marc Gales, CEO of Group Lotus.
The Exclusive program offers a range of historic paint colours which includes Essex Blue, once the favourite of Lotus buyers back in the 80’s, and the ever-popular Motorsport Black. They also offer custom colour-matching services to create virtually any colour imaginable whether in gloss, matte, metallic or even pearlescent.
Aside from the colours, the program also offers new body decals available for application on areas like the side mirrors, sills, wings, and spoilers. The interior is not being left behind in the customization program where there are five “suggested” leather colours that can be installed, along with four different stitching colours.
Lotus said that the customization program is available for “all Lotus cars”, including the Elise, Exige, and Evora models.
