Hap Seng Star Awarded Champion of Service Excellence Second Year in a Row

Being one of the leading authorized dealers for Mercedes-Benz cars in Malaysia, Hap Seng Star Sdn. Bhd. knows more than anyone of the importance in giving exceptional after-sales service to their customers. And their diligence in doing so has proved rewarding as they were crowned as the overall Champion in the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Service Excellence Award for the second time in a row.

This annual competition saw a fierce competition between the 17 Malaysian authorized dealers, where all of them were judged on three measures: Satisfaction on Overall Service Experience at Service Centre (DCAA CSI), Percentage Fixed First Visit (FFV) and Mystery Shop Technical Audit (MSTA).

“Based on the new key performance index introduced by Mercedes-Benz Malaysia this year, one of the critical factors that contributed to our win was the positive feedback from our very own customers. We are appreciative of the ‘thumbs-up’ from our customers and their continued support”, said Wong Leh Seng, the Chief Executive for Hap Seng Star Sdn. Bhd.

Hap Seng Star also performed very well at the biennial Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Skills Competition 2012, where a total of 10 Hap Seng Star employees achieved remarkable results across all categories. Two of them even emerged as champions in Certified Diagnosis Technician and Certified System Technician category.

With aim in using their great after-sales service as leverage in extending its presence in Malaysia, Hap Seng Star has opened a new Mercedes-Benz showroom in Balakong, Selangor and a Mercedes-Benz Autohaus Showroom in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur.
