9ff And Partners Mod Yet To Be Released Porsche Panamera

News.indd

The Porsche Panamera is not expected to hit world markets till some time next year and we only know how it looks like through spy pictures, leaked pictures, official pictures and not forgetting the official video. We don’t even know how it will drive and though there is no chance that Porsche will be changing the looks of the Panamera it isn’t exactly the best time to go upgrading its looks and tuning it but that’s exactly what a collaboration of three tuners are doing, probably digitally working on it as you read this.

You may know 9ff for their insanely fast, Veyron challenging Porsche’s. TopCar is a Russian firm and so is the third tuner that goes by the name of Cardi. Word is that the three will collaborate with each having distinctive roles – TopCar will be handling the design, Cardi will take on the production of body parts and 9ff will be utilizing its Porsche experience on the performance side of the Panamera. The three companies have worked on different projects before so this tuned Panamera news is to be taken seriously and we hope they are able to work their magic on the aesthetically challenged Panamera.

Not much is known about the project as its still in its infancy but TopCar has already designed two distinctive kits for the Panamera. The complete kit replaces every single panel on the car except the roof while the second package replaces the front and rear bumpers, side skirts and features a redesigned bonnet – seen here in these renderings. Of course, a wheel upgrade is also included. Hopefully the final product turns out to be much better than the standard Panamera.

Power wise, 9ff is not releasing any specs as yet but lets consider this -the standard Panamera is to be offered in a variant of different engines ranging from a 3.6-liter V6 up to a twin-turbocharged 4.8-liter V8. However, there will only be two options upon release – a pair of V8s, one naturally aspirated and one turbocharged. It will be interesting to see which model 9ff and its partners choose to work on. Till then.

Gen 2 again. hahahah. Anyway the high back is very unique. It looks like a cross between a sports SUV from the height and the back still can have some elements of 911. The front is definitely a GT.

In fact why didn;t Proton come up with such a design? It fits very right in between the Gen 2 and Persona line.
