Mugen NSX RR – Amazing official pictures!

Some follow up on Mugen’s 2009 effort for the Tokyo Auto Salon, Here’s some more pictures to back up the NSX-RR. Not so crossed-eye anymore huh as mentioned here. Got to love the extreme air intake scoop. So, would Mugen be running this one at the Super GT 2009?

TAS2009: Mugen NSX RR – Legendary V6 Replaced and Supercharged

One of this year’s TAS2009 highlights have got to be the Mugen NSX RR. The name boldly suggest a lighter, more powerful and the most extreme factory NSX to date. Out goes the 3litre V6 and in goes a supercharged, accord 2.4 V6 bolted to a 6 speed manual.
