ya... julian knows all about it.. chz he rented a 'space' from aaron.. and 'occupied' it momentarily... then apparently, due to over-excitement, aaron refuse to return the 'tenant'... and julian had to 'break open' then 'door' in which the entrance of the 'space' is to 'withdraw' the 'tenant'
