suspension will get softer after certain driving period?

i juz installed new hwl hi/lo suspension.my ride is quite hard but cornering is perfect at 110-120kmh.
will it gets softer after 1000km of driving or remain the same?

My fc windshield cracked. I have been asking the shop here in seremban, they quote 2k++ to change new. Is this reasonable and do they still have new windshield?
