Where can I skim my Campro Flywheel?

Hi again,

As above, where can I do it. I keep hearing people telling me to go to machine shop, machine shop.

Must skim the rear side of the flywheel and must balance it (VERY IMPORTANT TO!)

Anyone can recommend me which machine shop? Prefer Selangor/Senawang area.
