This unit can be installed in car model with original fitted water spray system or without water spray system. An extra fine water spray at a fixed interval that gives you a superior cooling results. This controller can also be used for cars already fitted with factory water spray system (Impreza STI, Evolution Model). The best ideal will be for those car model without factory water spray system, utilised of the car's rear windshield washer line and optional part Nozzle Kit (sold separately with the controller). This controller also have the features of Engine RPM scaled Auto-Spray Function , Water level Auto-Check and Stop Function and Countdown Display.

Errr this project i think go chop shop buy wiper water box, water pump n the wiper spray then put 1 switch in car then will be ok lohh.....but only can use manual swith, hard to make it follow RPM i think....
But my water temp alwayls also in normal 1 worrr,so i think make liao also no effect.....it is good for monster engine......

if u want it to be auto based on rpm, u could get a shift light... hook up the wire to activate the spray instead of the light or hook up both.

1 more thing is use WAJA wiper spray will be better than nather 1...
dude, never see waja's sprayer before..how does it sprays water aah ?
kancil use single spray that is very straight ..so not suitable for water spray system la.

i wish i could find a sprayer that is spray water mist...very2 fine

waja noozle u can get for around 20-25.i have one for my radiator water spray DIY.not using that anymore, anyone wan i can i let it go.pm me!!

the electronic control module i think some website got show, but quite lazy to do it.i just terus tap from my windscreen waterspray and redirect those water hose to spray my radiator.

good luck DIY.and for waja noozle, make sure ur water pump got enuff pressure or else it wont spray mist.

mister nozzles for fans, etc (like those at coffee bean or at shell stations)

1. where to buy, how much?

2. can they be run on pressure of the wiper pump motor?

i am sure the fine mist of such a nozzle has a very good cooling effect...if we can make it work...

i think the intercooler water spray activation should be triggered when reaching a certain preset turbo boost level. after all, the intercooler is originally there to help cool down the hot compressed air from the turbo and this air would definitely get hotter as the boost gets higher, at which the water spray would help the intercooler do a better job.

for me i reckon to use water pump.get those from kedai potong.wira or waja water pump will do i guess.

btw, mine is the primitive basic water spray DIY to my radiator no electronic control module.hehe

errrmm those bigger car's (bigger than kancil la hehe) windscreen spray pump enough or not ? those kancil punye weak la...i dun think can squirt mist if use 5-6 nozzles

In the wiring diagram, what is those pressure switch????

Suggestion : To create pressure, use adjustale check valve to regulate the amount of pressure come out at the nozzle. Adjust the pressure, the higher the pressure u will get better mist spray but of course we will need tubing and connection that can withstand the pressure coz if not the whole system will burst.

Just a suggestion....
