the case of idling gone bad again

hi guys...was wondering if u guys cld kindly offer me ur opinions or advices/solutions on wat cld b d problem im facing wiz my car rite now

cut long story short its regards to my car's idling..its x like d usual up down up down we often hear bout (think if x mistaken is caused by faulty air flow sensor rite) but in my case is it goes up all of a sudden...e.g normal rpm is about 900-1k..after a while it shoots up to 1.5k even 2k on its own...then after a while it comes back down 2 normal..then shoots up again...time in between is x consistent..sometimes say...at 1k rpm then a minute later it goes to 1.5k...then a minute or 2 it goes back to normal...sometimes after 30mins before d problem starts...but it doesnt last long..it goes up but after a minute or 2 it goes back to normal...

btw , ur ISC or FICD has gone haywayer , thts all

- throttle body
- stepper motor
- isc or ficd

i m driving L 2.
and have the similar problem like urs.
bad ideling, sometimes RMP go up to 2K.
my foreman help me to remove the thermostat.flush the radiator.
cox sometime the sludge will stuck in chock there.
 
i dont think its a good idea of removing the thermostat as it keeps ur engine at a certain temperature for better performance....

mine happen to be the same bro...but its very rare....
 
aiyar... idling problem kah....

Ficd/throttle body/isc/stepper motor.. all same thing mar...

Unless your throttle body cannot close properly, but still won;t happen suddenly...

If airflow sensor kong, then got check engine light.

Bro try check your O2 sensor. It was happened to me last time when my O2 sensor wire putus. After replace it and adjust the TPS, my car has back to normal.

I had tat same shit b4. try reset battery 1st. Does it get worst if aircond turned on? if it is...try swap stepper motor. or have a go with MUT for error checking.
