runner for engine registration

guys,
is there any runner available to help me register (PUSPAKOM/JPJ/Insurance) for my engine? shouldn't be much hassle as it is just 1.3 satria converting to another 1.3 (no cc increase-even the engine also from a satria), it's just that i don't have the time and experience to do it myself. do pm or sms me 012-9384277 for your quotation and requirements.

need to register new engine.. no c.c. increase.. 1.6 to 1.6..
