i juz wanna to ask izzit the original le air-cond cold?
coz the wind too small...
got any idea to settle it?
hmm...
got wat suspesion suitable for le?
sumore i listen ppl say twin cam16v very save petrol izzit?
izzit the original ae86 engine?

first of all, welcome aboard.

secondly, thanks for the compliment in ur email (if u are that one)

1. Original a/c unit may lose its blower strength becoz:

-Motor is old. Carbon contact worn. Blower blades clogged with dust
-Air paths inside the dashboard developed leaks, which means air blowing inside the dashboard, so only a little reaches u or ur passengers.
-Cooling coil old and clogged (thats the problem when toyota parts are too lasting. u never bother to take it out coz it aint broke :lol:)
-A/C gas maybe low. fill up ur R12 or R134 (whichever u use)

2. The most suitable suspension for LE is LE suspension. Buy back AE80/82 absorbers and order new Taiwan AE80/82 springs OR Dr. Spring AE80 lowerings OR kedai potong AE80/82 springs. Absorbers can be Monroe or KYB for good value.

If u mean suspension to play, start saving money and buy APM adjustables or Titans custom suspension system at only RM1800 to RM2800.

3. No 16V or 20V engine is going to save u more fuel than a stock 2A,3A single cam if u tekan everyday. If u wanna start going down the "change engine" road, Transplant a 4AFE 1.6L "twin"cam engine for maximum fuel economy. Better yet, just plunk in a 4E-F or 4EFE. 1.3L for sure guarantee ur save fuel.
