Need personal loan runner

Does anyone know personal loan runner ? I need cash about rm5k~7k.

preferable by bank and the service charge is cheaper ... cos for car loan rm17k i also pay service charge rm600 onli ...

but that person dun do personal loan, so i need anyone know got contact arr ??

If no bank, legal credit company is welcome as well. But with interest not more than 11% per year. And with all legal documentation .

preferable monthly installment bout rm200 for 2~3years installment ...

need the cash asap. do let me know guys. thx a lot

20years no bank would make the loan...or else u use ur parents document ... juz discuss wif ur parents tht u need 5k-7k .. then i can help u kautim everything..
