need help! Oil pressure prob!?

Hi.. everybody .
can anybody help me? until now i still wonder to read the oil pressure gauge on the dash board transplant from the half cut. i just do the engine transplant 4A-GE 16v last month.
is it normal oil pressure ?
1: when start the engine idling around 1000rpm the meter display is bout 35%.
2: after i running on highway (arround 4000RPM +-) it's display around 65%.

what i wonder is my fren 20v ST when its running on highway (arround 4000RPM +-) the oil pressure is display around 80-90% !!!

is mine engine oil pressure is normal or lower?
i'm already change the engine oil 10-40w n filter (90915-YZZE1)long one.

i think this is very quite difficult subject because we actually didnt have the exact value of the 35% on the 1000rpm.

we just can assume that the value of that 35% is equivalent to 2bar. if so, i think thats a normal oil press for 4ag. im sorry it didnt help much becos i didnt use that dash-meter.

the picture show is during idling? If yes... that quite normal...
If you are on high rev.. and still having the same... please check your oil level...
