DIY sprayside skirt

bought Wi.Se side skirt from HMS...black color...then I thought why not DIY spray since khguan had done it on his grill and I thought what the heck...boring2 doing nothing...atleast now have something to do...here's...

Just tc'ed my spectra. Help needed!

Using td04, wif intercooler and bov etc..the problem is that at 1-3 gear..i dint get any boost...only when at 3rd gear, and when speed is near to 100kph,then the boost slowly creeps up..at 4th gear i dint get any...
