DIGI is pissing me off for the 2nd time (but now I love Digi)

Today I went to buy those coupons top-up, tried but damn it's invalid, I thought they scammed me, so I went to another shop to buy top-up also cannot, so confirm, not that project gal who ripped me off.

I tried these 2 numbers on other number also cannot. I am at JB. From 7 PM till now 9 PM also cannot reload.

Crazy la Digi.

They fixed my problem, I have no history of trying to test their coupon number more than 10 times but still blocked. Maybe database mistake.

I called them and it's settled, YAY!

Before you reload, is there anyone or you trying to key in *123*(reload number)# and send? If wrongly entered 10 times, DiGi will block your account from reloading. Have to call them up to unblock your account. We encountered similar situation before with customer.

That maybe is also a reason, will have to check on that tomorrow morning. Really appreciate you for giving the tip.

The problem is that, my friend also cannot reload but at 12AM he could using my first topup coupon that I bought which I can not use.

I am now left with a useless top up card.

I will call them tomorrow.

Should be something wrong with some setting in the phone most probably.
