Buying Nintendo DS

Is RM 1100 a good price for the Nintendo DS console and 3 games (Sprung, Feel The Magic and Super Mario 64)?

IMHO...

If you've already have a Gameboy Advance (either version).
Its a good buy as you can still play your old games.
The LCD is better than GBA.

I think its a cut-throat introductory price but if you can afford it, why not?

Better than PSP.

PSP currently selling for RM1700-1900 new and comes with 1 mini dvd game.

Pros:
1. Nicer graphics than GBA
2. Can use as portable mini dvd player for movies or music

Cons:
1. Expensive almost double the price of a GBA DS
2. Don't know pirated cd's would work or not
3. Graphics level similar to that of PSone
4. To get a large library of games for PSP launch most games would be conversions from PSone, so u actually playing PSone games again.
5. One mini dvd game is about rm199, dunno pirated or original saw selling at shops
6. Bigger than GBA DS

thats all i can remember so far....others can fill in the gaps? :P

Well actually,the PSP runs on a similar platform to that of the PS2 so your initial assessment that it has PSOne graphics is not right. No doubt the system is a LOT more expensive than the DS but then again its like having a PS2 in your pocket. Maybe when the price is right then maybe it'll be worth buying. Just my 2 cents. :)
